Default Transcender

Transcender: they are like holy knights, using the combined power of warrior skills and monk attributes. They also use the power of the Gods. They can fight on the front line or be support characters in the back. Transcenders are a special class that combines attributes from Necromancers, Ritualists, Warriors, and Monks. They also introduce a new type of weapon: the battle staff. Battle Staffs will be discussed in more detail in the weapons section.

Transcenders also introduce a new type of spell: the aura. Auras are maintained enchantments that affect the target and creatures around them within the aura’s range. The aura follows the target wherever it goes. It is displayed by a colored light field (similar to the color of a boss) that surrounds the target. A faint light or smoke also shows emanating from the aura. How far the smoke goes depends on the range of the spell. Aura spells can be either close-range, mid-range, or long-range.

Transcenders also introduce a new spell concept. Using the power of Lyssa, transcenders can take control of an allied holy servant. This will allow the player to play as the servant and control the transcender as a hero or henchman. Each type of servant has their own unique skill set, attributes, energy, armor, and health. Attributes, energy, armor, and health will be determined by the level of the servant.

Story:
Many years ago, atop the tallest mountaintop in Tyria known as Tyriana, a temple was built to honor the Gods. The Gods favored this temple and made it a sanctuary where people could learn about and serve the Gods. But this temple rested on the tallest mountain, making it almost impossible to reach. Only the chosen ones, appointed people who bear the mark of the Gods, were able to reach this temple. At the base of the mountain, there is a village called Lushare. Only ones from this village can become chosen ones. It was the elders of this village that built the temple. The journey is long and perilous, filled with traps and challenges to test the chosen ones. The strong ones survive and make it to the temple, while the weak ones fail. Those who fail are sent to a shrine halfway to the temple. Here, the ones who fail can redeem themselves by training and trying again. But if a chosen were to fail twice, the person would be sent back to Lushare and would live the rest of their life in shame. But the chosen who make it to the temple become Transcenders. Once their training was complete, they could leave the temple to spread their knowledge and aid those in need or stay and help the temple by teaching or doing chores. The longer a Transcender stays, the more powerful they become.
One day, a traveler named Sheran came to the village. He had learned about the great temple and wanted to take the challenge. He had lived a life of shame and wanted to redeem himself. The Gods accepted his request and he took the challenge of the Gods. He went through all challenges the Gods gave him and became the first non-chosen to ever reach the temple. He became the leader of the temple, teaching new chosens the ways of the Transcender. He is the most powerful Transcender in the Great Temple.

Attributes

Summoning: includes summoning holy spirits (like ranger and ritualist spirits) and holy servants (like Necromancer minions, but maximum of 4).

Blessing Prayers: healing attribute. Skills here involve buffing, healing, auras, and aoe.

Slaying: uses the power of the Gods. Each God uses their own unique power to aid the transcender.

Staff Mastery: improves skills involving battle staffs.

Holy Attunement (primary): holy and light damage is increased by 1.5 for each point in this attribute. Damage increase applies for holy servants as well. Skills here involve weapon buffs, energy managing skills, and forms.

Weapons

Transcenders wield battle staffs, staffs, wands, and off-hands. Battle staffs will be look like regular staffs, but they will be more battle oriented and will have a blade or blunt attachment at one end or even both ends. All of their weapons deal holy and light damage except for close range battle staffs which can deal either slashing or blunt damage. The battle staffs can have a mod that makes them deal light or holy damage. The staffs and wands do standard caster damage and have standard caster mods. Their battle staffs do more damage than regular staffs. If the staff has a blade attachment, then the damage is 18-25 If the staff has a blunt attachment, then the damage is 14-30. The battle staff attacks at a close range. Their off-hands are similar to the monk off-hands. They wield sacred artifacts and scrolls to boost their magical or physical power.

Armor

Transcenders look like monks, but are taller and have heavier battle armor. Their armor can have actual plating on it instead of just regular cloth armor.
Holy Plating: AL 65
Blessed Armor: AL 75. Increase shadow and dark damage taken: torso +6, hands +1, legs +3, feet +2.
Priest’s Robes: AL 65. Increase energy: torso +3, hands +1, legs +2, feet +1.
Protector’s Mail: AL 65. Armor +10 against physical damage.
Shielding Mail: AL 65. Armor +10 against elemental damage.

Summoning

Summon Holy Servant 15/3/25
Spell. Summon a level 3-16 servant from nearest corpse. Servants attack close range. All Holy Servants have a steady life bar (no degen; servant meaning all holy minions). All servants deal holy damage. Maximum of 4 servants.

Summon Holy Knight 25/3/30
Spell. Summon a level 5-18 knight from nearest corpse. Knights attack from a far range when away from enemy (with bow) and attack from close range when close to enemy (with sword, similar to ghostly heroes).

Summon Holy Protector 25/3/60
Elite Spell. Summon a level 12-25 protector from nearest corpse. Protectors attack from a range with a staff. When a protector dies, 2 servants are summoned. You may only have one protector at a time.

Last Will 10/2/15
Enchantment Spell. This can only be used on the caster. For 10-25 seconds, if the caster dies with this enchantment on, a level 5-18 allied knight is summoned.

Dwayna’s Blessing 15/2/60
Elite Spell. Summon a level 2-10 holy spirit that stays on the field for 25-65 seconds. While this spirit is on the field, all holy servants have +10 health regen and gain 20 armor. When this spirit dies, all servants die as well.

Angel of Honesty 15/3/30
Spell. Summon a level 1-8 holy spirit that stays on the field for 10-75 seconds. While this spirit is on the field, all unholy minions suffer weakness and -2 degen.

Summon Holy Martyr 25/3/45
Spell. Summon a level 1-14 martyr from nearest corpse. The martyr will run at target enemy and explode, dealing 40-130 light damage and cause blind for 1-15 seconds. All hexes and enchantments are removed from enemies affected by the explosion.

Lyssa’s Controlling Curse 25/3/60
Elite Spell. Take control of an allied servant. You play as the servant for as long as it lives or until you cancel this spell. Your character is treated as a hero or henchman and can be ordered to do things. Each type of holy servant has a unique skill set. Attributes, health, armor, and energy of servant depend on level of servant. Holy servants can only use these skills while under the effects of this spell.
Servant (1 energy pip) - Healing Signet
Knight (2 energy pips) - Power Shot, Power Attack, Healing Signet
Protector (3 energy pips) - Banish, Smite, Grenth’s Rage, Healing Breeze, Hand of Healing
Martyr (1 energy pip) - Charge, Holy Sacrifice (just like the explosion the martyr normally does. Skill 5/¼/15)

Blessing Prayers

Aura of Belief 10/2/25 (maintain -1)
Close-Range Aura Spell. An aura of belief surrounds the target ally. While affected by this aura, the target ally deals +1-5 holy damage every time they successfully hit an enemy. Enemies striking an ally within this aura suffer 1-5 holy damage.

Aura of Betrayal 10/2/20 (maintain -1)
Mid-Range Aura Spell. An aura of betrayal surrounds the target ally. The target and all creatures (allies or enemies) are affected by this aura. Each creature in the aura suffers -1 health degen. For every 5-2 creatures within the aura, the degen decreases -1...-4.

Aura of Enlightenment 15/2/35 (maintain -2)
Elite Long-Range Aura Spell. An aura of enlightenment surrounds the target ally. All allies within the aura gain +2-6 health regen and 3-15 armor.

Dwayna’s Courage 10/1/20
Enchantment Spell. For 4-16 seconds, target ally attacks 25% faster, but have a 25% chance to miss with attacks. Every time that ally hits successfully, that ally is healed for 1-20 health.

Hand of Healing 5/1/5
Spell. Heal target ally for 10-60 health.

Kiss of Life 15/5/15
Spell. Resurrect target touched ally with 25-40% health and 35-50% energy.

Shield of Healing 5/1/12
Spell. Heal target other ally for 25-55 health. That ally is healed for an extra 15-45 health for every aura target ally is affected by.

Aura of Armor 15/2/30 (maintain -1)
Mid-Range Aura Spell. An aura of armor surrounds target ally. Each ally inside the aura gains 5-20 armor.

Replenishing Signet 0/3/25
Signet. For every aura target ally is being affected by, that ally is healed for 15-35 health and 1-4 energy.

Slaying

Balthazar’s Might 5/0/20
Stance. You attack 33% faster and deal +1-10 holy damage, but move 50-35% slower.

Grenth’s Reward 10/1/25
Enchantment Spell. For 4-16 seconds, each time a nearby enemy dies, that ally is healed for 30-120 health and 2-10 energy.

Lyssa’s Punishment 15/2/30
Hex Spell. For 10-20 seconds, each time target foe attacks, that foe takes 1-15 holy damage. Each time target foe casts a spell, that foe loses 1-5 energy.

Melandru’s Strike 5/0/4
Battle Staff Attack. Swing your battle staff at all adjacent foes in the area for +1-10 holy damage. The targeted foe suffers an extra 1-10 holy damage for every foe that was hit..

Dwayna’s Fury 15/1/15 (maintain -1)
Elite Mid-Range Aura Spell. You attack 25% faster and deal +15-25 holy damage. All of your casting and recharge times are halved. Foes within the aura gain +7-4 health regen.

Lyssa’s Curse 15/2/40
Elite Hex Spell. For 12-24 seconds, target foe and all adjacent foes suffer -1 health and energy degen. Foes take 1-25 holy damage each time they attack and lose 1-10 energy each time they cast a spell.

Balthazar’s Rush 5/0/10
Battle Staff Attack. While using this attack, you run 33% faster and deal +1-12 holy damage. If you strike a moving foe, that foe is knocked down and you take 25-10 damage.

Grenth’s Rage 10/1/20
Staff Attack. Shoot a long range attack with a staff or wand, dealing 25-40 holy damage and crippling for 1-11 seconds.

Staff Mastery

Overhead Swing 5/0/6
Battle Staff Attack. You swing your battle staff over your head onto target foe, dealing +20-40 damage. After this attack, you cannot attack or cast a spell for 5-2 seconds.

Spinning Strike 10/0/5
Battle Staff attack. Swing your staff at all adjacent foes twice. This attack deals 35-15% less damage.

Gather Light 5/1/20
Enchantment Spell. The enchantment lasts 4-16 seconds. While enchanted, your next attack deals +3x the amount of seconds this enchantment stayed on.

Staff Thrust 5/0/4
Battle Staff Attack. Thrust your staff towards target foe, striking the target and all foes behind target for +1-12 damage.

Divine Weapon 15/1/35
Elite Enchantment Spell. For 10-25 seconds, target ally’s weapon becomes a holy battle staff that deals 20-50 light damage. This can only be used on allies wielding battle staffs.

Holy Attunement (primary)

Heaven’s Spear 10/2/25
Enchantment Spell. For 5-20 seconds, target ally’s weapon becomes a long range spear that deals 10-25 holy damage. If target ally is under an aura, the spear does +3-15 holy damage.

Dwayna’s Angel 15/2/60
Elite Form. For 10-40 seconds, you take the form of a Divine Being (looks like yourself, but with darkened inside and blue outlines on outside like bosses and glowing blue eyes). While in this form, you gain 5-20 armor and 1-4 health regen. Your weapon deals 25-40 holy damage.

Grenth’s Reaper 15/2/60
Elite Form. For 15-45 seconds, you take the form of a Soul Reaper (same as divine being, but with red outlines and glowing red eyes). While in this form, you deal shadow damage and you steal 5-15 health every time you strike a foe. Foes striking you take 5-15 dark damage. Whenever a nearby creature dies, you gain 30-90 health and 2-8 energy.

Dwayna’s Balance 10/2/35
Enchantment Spell. For 6-15 seconds, all of the skills and spells you use cost 1-5 less energy.

Replenishment 10/2/35
Enchantment Spell. For 1-12 seconds, target ally gains +2 health regen and +1 energy regen for every aura that ally is being affected by.

Signet of Renewal 0/3/20
Signet. You gain 1-10 energy.
